Study: Rent-Controlled Housing

The IMSEE (Monegasque Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies) carried out a descriptive study of the sector known as the “rent-controlled housing of private tenure”. This study is intended as a supplement to the July 2012 Housing Study on the state sector, and was carried out following a recommendation made by the Scientific Council during its 3rd meeting on 19 July 2012.
